Section 10 - Community Content and EULA Rules

These Terms also serve as the end user license agreement for GloGlo apps and community features. By registering, logging in, posting, messaging, replying, uploading, or otherwise using community features, you agree to these Terms before using those features.

GloGlo has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post, share, upload, send, solicit, or encourage content or behavior that is harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, exploitative, violent, self-harm-promoting, fraudulent, spammy, infringing, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable.

We may use automated filters, manual review, user reports, and other moderation tools to detect, hide, remove, or restrict objectionable content and abusive behavior. We may remove content, limit access, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or take other action when we believe these Terms have been violated.

Users can flag or report objectionable content through the app's reporting tools. Reports notify GloGlo so we can review the content and take appropriate action.

Users can block abusive users through the app's blocking tools. Blocking notifies GloGlo of the inappropriate content or behavior, removes that user's content from the blocking user's feed immediately, and prevents further unwanted interaction where the feature supports it.

We review objectionable content reports and act within 24 hours when content violates these Terms, including by removing the offending content and ejecting the user who provided the offending content when appropriate.

Section 11 - Personal Information

Submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy at https://gloglo.com/privacy-policy.

Section 12 - Errors and Omissions

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update or cancel orders where needed.

Section 13 - Prohibited Uses

You may not use the site for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, malicious, discriminatory, or infringing activity.

We may terminate access for violations of these prohibited uses.

Section 14 - Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability

The Service and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties except as required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motif Land Inc. and related parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Motif Land Inc. and related parties from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of law.

We may terminate access at any time if you fail to comply with these Terms.

These Terms and posted policies constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
