Refund Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our top priority. While we hope you love our products, we know things do not always work out, so we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you do not love the product you purchased, let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make the refund and/or return process easy.

Please note:

  • The 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee is exclusive to first-time purchases of products. Repeat purchases of the same product and subscription refills do not apply.
  • For bulk purchases (for example, 2-month or 3-month supply orders), the refund amount is capped at the value of a 1-month supply (up to $60). Any remaining unopened product must be returned for additional refunds to be processed.
  • Orders over $75 require return of any unopened units before refunds can be issued.

In no event will any replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by Motif Land Inc. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.

Damaged Product?

We always do our best to ensure customers have a great experience, but shipping and handling can sometimes get bumpy.

If your product arrives damaged or is not what you were expecting, let us know right away so we can help.

If possible, include a photo of the damaged product in your email. This helps our operations team resolve issues faster.
