How to Request Deletion

GloGlo users can request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

To request account deletion, email us at team@gloglo.com from the email address associated with your GloGlo account.

Please use the subject line: Delete my GloGlo account.

What We Delete

When your request is processed, we delete or de-identify data associated with your GloGlo account, including:

• Account profile information.
• Food logs and scanned food entries.
• Nutrition analysis data.
• Glucose connection data.
• Uploaded images.
• Community posts, comments, and messages where technically possible.

What We May Keep

Some data may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal or regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, backup recovery, financial obligations, or accounting obligations.

Backup copies may remain for up to 30 days before automatic deletion.

Confirmation

We will confirm by email once your deletion request has been completed.
